Through-Hole Technology

EMI is equipped with a Juki Cube.460 Selective Solder machine. After being programmed, it can solder through-hole parts faster than hand soldering. The Juki is a pivotal piece of equipment that allows us to solder large quantities of through-hole parts in a shorter period of time than if we hand soldered all of them.

Many of our solderers have over 20 years experience in soldering and certified Class 3 solderers. They are able to solder very efficiently and effectively, maintaining high quality work while minimizing time per board. We can add, remove, and rework parts without many errors, reducing overhead and costs.
